All About Peanut Butter!
Peanut Butter is one of our newest members and is in her 40s believe it or not. You would never know it by looking at her. She was rescued by Donna Andriola rescued Peanut Butter about ten years ago. Donna explains that Peanut Butter is only alive because another horse would not get on a trailer at the horse sales without her. That owner brought her home with the horse that they really wanted and then just neglected her. Never did her stall. She was the forgotten soul. Donna found her and thought she would be perfect for her children to learn to ride on, and she was. Donna contacted us about taking Peanut Butter as she was in her back yard and her younger horses were just a little too aggressive for Peanut Butter. She has worked out perfectly as Lance’s friend. The timing could not have been better as they were fast friends and look at for each other like two little senior citizens. Donna and her children still visit and help with Peanut Butter’s expense so they are wonderful, responsible owners.
